Login and Registration
How do I login to the Virtual Platform?
Access to the portal opens at 8:00 AM ET on Friday, August 21. Visit idnsummit.com/virtual2020 to log onto the portal. From the portal, you can:
- Send 1:1 Meeting Requests
- Access Educational Sessions
When will I receive login information?
If you completed your registration, you created a username (email address) and password. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset your password .
If an IDN Summit staff member submitted your registration, you'll receive login information in your Pre-Event email during the week of August 17.

Can I update my password?
Yes, you can update your password at any time. Click here to reset your password.
The system will ask you to enter your email and a temporary password will be sent to that email address. Follow the instructions in the email and update your password.
Agenda
How do I attend Educational Breakout Sessions?
Once you login to the Virtual Experience platform, visit the EventHub page. The agenda with links to sessions appears on this page.
To join a session, click on the link adjacent to the session title. If you are early for the session, you'll enter a waiting room. When the session opens, you will be automatically redirected to the session.
Please note, educational sessions are open to all attendees and no pre-registration is required to participate.
How do I ask questions during sessions?
You'll find a Q&A chat feature inside all the sessions. Presenters and panelists will answer questions in the live chat throughout the session.

How do I attend Keynote Sessions?
Once you login to the Virtual Experience platform, visit the EventHub page. The agenda with links to keynote sessions appears on this page.
To join a session, click on the link adjacent to the session title. If you are early for the session, you'll enter a waiting room. When the session opens, you will be automatically redirected to the session.
Please note, keynote sessions are open to all attendees and no pre-registration is required to participate.
Can I ask questions during keynote sessions? If yes, how?
You will have the ability to ask questions during the keynote sessions. Use the chat box to the right of the video to ask your questions. Presenters and panelists will answer questions in the live chat throughout the session.

How do I attend Idea Exchanges?
You will recieve an invitation from the IDN Summit to register for an Idea Exchange. If you are one of the first 30 individuals to pre-register for the Idea Exchange, you will be given the option to have full audio and video capabilities.
Attendee who pre-register after the first 30 or join the Idea Exchange the day-of will have audio-only capabilities.
To join an Idea Exchange, click on the link adjacent to the session title. If you are early for the session, you'll enter a waiting room. When the session opens, you will be automatically redirected to the session.
Everyone joins the session without audio and video turned on. The moderator will then allow audio and video capabilities for the 30 pre-registered attendees. Other participating attendees can submit questions and comments to through the chat feature.

1:1 Meetings
When can I send 1:1 Meeting requests? When will I begin and stop receiving invites?
You can send meeting requests beginning August 21 at 8:00 AM ET. Beginning August 18, you may receive a 1:1 Meeting request. The meeting request window will be open through the event.
What is the process to send meeting request?
- Prior to the Virtual Experience, visit the 1:1 Meetings page to view the Registrant Directory and request meetings.
- After you request a meeting, the recipient will receive an automated email with your request.
- After a meeting is confirmed, it will appear on all participants personal schedules and a link to the virtual meeting room will be provided.
What is the process to accept, modify, or decline a meeting request?
When you receive an email notification that you have received a meeting request, you can accept or decline the request. If you want to meet with the request individual, but you can't meet during the requested time, you can send a message back with the declined notice to reschedule for a different date and/or time.
How long are 1:1 Meetings?
1:1 Meetings are scheduled in 15 minute increments and the duration cannot be adjusted.
How can I see who is accepting 1:1 Meeting requests ?
All individuals who opted in to receive meeting request will appear in the Registrant Directory.
How to add secondary participants to 1:1 Meetings?
You can add secondary participants in the meeting request form. The original attendee who sent the meeting request can also add additional participants to the accepted meeting by modifying the meeting. Please note, 1:1 Meetings have a limit of 4 devices.
Can I change my preferences on 1:1 Meetings?

Other Opportunities at the IDN Summit
Boardroom Sessions and Hosted Suites offer opportunities to engage with leading healthcare organizations. The Supplier Boardroom Session occurs Tuesday, August 25 at 12:00 PM ET. Hosted Suites are open 9:00 AM ET - 6:00 PM ET.
The teambuilding event is going virtual this Fall. Sponsored by Premier, Inc., this Fall's teambuilding event will include a perfect blend of fun team problem-solving games, icebreakers, and get-to-know-you activities. Please note, Zoom capabilities are required for this activity.
