Labor problems have been especially acute over the past several years as we adjust to a post-pandemic workplace. It’s hard enough to bring in new talent as organizations transform and grow, but how can you best keep the people you have? This dialogue will explore the importance of creating a positive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and promotes professional growth. We will also explore the role of effective communication in building strong relationships with employees and providing them with the support they need to succeed. Additionally, we will examine the importance of offering competitive compensation packages, providing opportunities for development and advancement, and recognizing and rewarding top performers.

3. Recognize the importance of employee growth and provide opportunities for growth, including, mentoring, coaching, and skill expansion.
4. Illustrate best practices and strategies for stimulating engagement, buy-in and a compelling culture that makes people want to stay.
