Patti Hawkins, PharmD, 340B ACE, serves as the System Director of Ambulatory Pharmacy Services and 340B at North Mississippi Health Services in Tupelo, MS. She leads the strategic pharmacy initiatives and the business enterprise model. Over her career she has worked in and managed all areas of institutional pharmacy services including acute care, surgery, ambulatory care, oncology, sterile prep services, USP 800 and 797, drug distribution as well as infusion, home infusion and specialty pharmacy. She also has experience with the payer environment, including PBMs, contracting, drug shortage management, 503B compounding and drug diversion risk reduction. Patti has served on numerous advisory groups over her career, and she has presented and published on aspects of pharmacy business and is considered a subject matter expert on health system pharmacy business enterprise models. Patti is currently serving on the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy.
