Kristi Gullickson is Vice President, Pharmacy Operations at Allina Health in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, she leads strategy and operational performance for the pharmacy enterprise in partnership with the Chief Pharmacy & Laboratory Officer. Gullickson is accountable for pharmacy services across Allina’s 12-hospital campuses, ambulatory infusion, system oncology operations and a variety of corporate services including medication safety, drug diversion prevention, quality, performance improvement, regulatory, compliance and multi-site residency and education programs. She has established a strong track record of advancing pharmacy practice and patient care through leadership, innovation, and service that has influenced systems and policy at the state, regional, and national levels. She has served in multiple elected leadership positions, including as a member of the ASHP Board of Directors and Vizient Pharmacy Network Executive Committee. Gullickson has been recognized for her contributions to advancing pharmacy practice, including the ASHP SPPL Distinguished Service Award (2023); MSHP Hallie Bruce Memorial Lecture Award, Minnesota’s highest honor (2020); MSHP Tom Kohout Meritorious Service Award (2015); MSHP Hugh F. Kabat Award (2014); and ASHP Best Practices Award (2011).
