During her first two years at Cleveland Clinic, Jennifer’s leadership contributed to more than $100 million in savings.
Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Jennifer spent seven years at Indiana University Health as Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing in Value Analysis. There, she played a pivotal role in advancing value‑based sourcing initiatives, aligning clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders, and driving system‑wide sourcing strategies that supported both cost containment and patient care objectives.
Jennifer brings nearly 15 years of strategic sourcing experience, with deep expertise in pharmacy procurement, specialty pharmaceuticals, supplier partnerships, and enterprise‑level contracting strategy. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University and is recognized for her ability to translate complex market dynamics into actionable sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, and continuity of care.
