Mr. Dane Henry is the President and CEO of Partners Cooperative, Distribution Cooperative, and Packroom, LLC. He has served in this role since January 2023 and previously served as the company’s Executive Vice President and President designate in 2022. In addition, Mr. Henry serves as President of TriVenture Logistics, an investor-owned, for-profit third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in medical logistics and serving clients across the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Mr. Henry brings a distinguished and extensive career in healthcare administration, with leadership experience spanning both military and civilian health systems. He began his career as a Medical Service Corps officer in the United States Air Force, serving until his honorable discharge in 1998.
Following his military service, Mr. Henry joined Atlanta Medical Center, where he served as Assistant Administrator from 1999 to 2006. He went on to hold key executive leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations at Northeast Georgia Health System in Gainesville, Georgia, and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at DeKalb Medical (now Emory-Decatur Health System) in Atlanta. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri.
Mr. Henry is a graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, where he earned both a bachelor’s degree in Purchasing and Materials Management/Operations and a Master of Business Administration. He also completed the executive management certificate program at Harvard Medical School and is recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Finally, Dane has been married to his wife, Jennifer, for over 30 years. They have four children: Jacob, Sarah, Lauren, and Jack. They also have two wonderful Siberian Huskies: Maya and Remi.
