Wade serves as the Director of Pharmacy Services for Bingham Memorial Hospital and Grove Creek Medical Center in Blackfoot, ID and Lost Rivers Medical Center in Arco, ID.

During his nearly four decades of dedicated service to the East Idaho healthcare community, Wade has overseen the expansion of pharmacy services from one location with 4 staff members to six locations and 36 staff members. He oversees a complex network of hospital-based and retail-based pharmacies, a specialty pharmacy, an outpatient infusion and outpatient oncology service.

As a highly specialized leader, he manages a $14 million annual budget and serves as the Antimicrobial Stewardship Lead Pharmacist and Pharmacy & Therapeutics Chairman. Wade is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist whose clinical expertise covers infectious diseases, critical care, 340B drug pricing program, and pharmacy informatics.

Beyond his clinical and administrative duties, Wade is an avid amateur astronomer, often spending his clear Idaho nights exploring the cosmos.
