Yolandi Myers joined the Capstone Health Alliance Executive Leadership team in 2021 as Chief Customer Officer. Her key responsibilities include driving strategic engagements across the breadth of the Capstone membership, collaboration across group alliance partnerships, and expanding the Capstone Membership. Myers has almost two decades of operational experience within the healthcare group purchasing industry and brings a customer-centric perspective focused on achieving supply chain cost reduction through superior service delivery and innovative Member Service initiatives. Myers holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from The Pennsylvania State University. Throughout her career she has led diverse cross functional teams and has proven successful partnerships throughout the industry to deliver tailored solutions across the business continuum in customer service, business development, team dynamics, process improvement, operations management, marketing, and strategic planning. Myers resides in the Cleveland, Ohio area with her husband and two teenage daughters.
