​​​Froedtert Health, an academic medical center located in Milwaukee, had a good deal of success working with their local manufacturers who retooled their factories to make PPE product and, for some products, actually built a surplus. The organization embraced the lessons learned from this crisis and has redesigned its pandemic supply approach as well as developed a "playbook" for an anticipated second wave. In addition to Froedtert Health’s lessons learned, several other provider organizations will be highlighted for their unique approaches to fulfilling supply demand.
