Data in pharmacy has the potential to be either immensely useful or incredibly detrimental. For pharmacists to maximize the data available to them, the data must be accurate and actionable. In this session, attendees will hear from a data expert who will explain how to maximize the use of data within a pharmacy’s operation to reduce costs and improve outcomes. This session will include a discussion on the many potential uses of data and the negative effects of cognitive bias.
