Mr. Campbell is Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Tampa General Hospital (TGH).  TGH is a six-hospital system with 1,354 beds and anchored by a Level I trauma, and teaching hospital affiliated with the University of South Florida.  As one of the largest hospitals in Florida, Tampa General is licensed for 981 beds, with approximately 8,000 employees.

In this role, Mr. Campbell has responsibility for all aspects of the supply chain including strategic sourcing, supply logistics/distribution, value analysis, sterile processing, and minority business inclusion.  Campbell has led multiple cost reduction projects successfully executed with physician and clinical participation.  The TGH supply chain has been recognized as a top 50 national leader by Vizient and GHX.

Mr. Campbell has a diverse background starting with revenue cycle functions, consulting, and now over 17 years in supply chain.  He is an industry thought leader having served on various strategic councils.

Mr. Campbell holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Business Administration and Master of Health Administration from the University of Florida. He is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Certified Materials and Resource Professional with the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management. Prior to joining TGH, Mr. Campbell worked in the private sector with KPMG as a consultant.
