Elise Guimont-Blackburn, MBA, MHA, RN-BSN partners with healthcare executives in some of the country’s largest organizations to drive growth, value, and return on investment realized from Premier’s technology and advisory services. She leads the east coast account management team. She partners with leaders to align to health system strategic imperatives and ensure successful strategy execution. Prior to joining Premier, Elise worked as a leader and clinician at Atrium Health. During her tenure, Elise led performance improvement initiatives in quality, patient throughput, and workforce. She is an elected board member of ACHE’s local Charlotte chapter and the UNC-Charlotte MHA Advisory Board. Elise is Adjunct Professor in the MHA program at Queen’s University Blair College of Health and has interest in Blockchain technology with her co-authored publication, “Blockchain and the Transformation of Customer Co-Creation”.
Elise obtained her B.A. in psychology and biology from the College of St. Benedict, a RN-BSN from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and a master’s degrees in business and health administration from the UNC-Charlotte.
Elise is passionate about leveraging technology to improve care delivery for the patients we serve and improve outcomes, patient experience, and drive efficiency.
