Throughout her career she has served in many HR and talent acquisition leadership roles and has created and led hiring and operational strategies to improve workflow processes and efficiencies.
As the SR. Director of Talent Acquisition, Sourcing & Marketing, she is accountable for planning, organizing and managing systemwide recruitment for the Banner Health Systems, projects and professionals, ensuring and facilitating collaborative and cooperative relationships with applicable stakeholders. Her role also includes the Sourcing & Marketing efforts and continuously assess’ workforce needs at all system levels and provides innovative recommendations to attract hires for the organization’s hard-to-fill positions.
