What is the Reverse Expo?

Unlike a traditional trade show, the IDN Summit Reverse Expo features IDN purchase-decision makers (e.g. Senior VP of Strategic Sourcing, VP Supply Chain, Director of Contracting and Procurement, Director of Pharmacy, Director of Materials Management, among others) staffing booths hosting their GPO and supplier partners. This format provides a unique opportunity for all parties to effectively and efficiently use their time and resources.

The exhibiting IDN executives are actively seeking ways to improve their supply chain and pharmacy network through their participation in the Reverse Expo. Suppliers have unlimited access to each exhibitor during the open hours of the Reverse Expo which affords you the most cost-effective manner of visiting these systems.

IDN executives save valuable time otherwise taken up by the process of sourcing new vendors, business partners and consultants. The IDN Summit Reverse Expo offers an open environment to meet with several potential business partners in one neutral venue.

How do I book hotel rooms?

MTC Reservations, Inc. is the official travel agency for the IDN Summit. For your convenience, hotel reservations may be made via email at, or toll-free at 866-549-3985.  Exclusive IDN Summit rates are available only through MTC.  Early booking is suggested to ensure you receive preferred arrival/departure dates as hotel accommodations fill up quickly.  In order to receive the IDN Summit discounted room rate, you must make your reservations through MTC Reservations.
