At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, IDNs developed dashboards to monitor and aid their pandemic-response efforts. The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted the value of clear, actionable data for clinicians and supply chain leaders. All healthcare leaders, from C-suite executives to clinicians and supply chain leaders, can contribute to the managing and leveraging of actionable data. The discussion in this session will center on clinicians’ role in using strong data management to improve operational efficiencies and optimizing processes.
