“Leaders grow; they are not made.” Peter Drucker

Join LeAnn Born as she discusses the challenges, people served, communities built, and lives impacted by three executive healthcare leaders as they guide us on a path to understanding new opportunities in healthcare. They’ll share thoughts on how they grew as leaders and suggest paths you should embark upon as you continue your journey.

This Executive Leadership session will be as challenging as it is emotional for all involved. Life does come at us fast and learning from the experience of leaders we admire, provides growth for all of us. This session will offer projections on where medicine may go and how rewarding it will be to be a part of healthcare’s future.

Learning Objectives:
1. Outline key takeaways critical to growing and maturing as a leader.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of the true scope of leadership and what it means to be a leader.
3. Evaluate the future landscape of medicine as foreseen by three healthcare supply chain executives.
4. Formulate action steps for your continued leadership journey as outlined by the lived experience of senior leaders.
