Tabitha’s responsibilities include developing cost saving opportunities, leading vendor negations, overseeing completion of supporting analysis and documentation, and the coordination of effective communication within the membership and suppliers. Tabitha has worked closely with the Surgical Services, Value Analysis comprised of Capstone Members. She sits on the Supply Chain Leadership Council, designed to promote collaboration between Capstone Members. She also serves on the Capstone Forum Planning Team as a liaison for the contracting team. Tabitha has participated as a council member of the Capstone Leadership Institute and was instrumental in its development from the start.

Tabitha has over 30 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career in the hospital setting as a Certified Surgical Technician working as a first assistant and technician. She managed the Sterile Processing Department and served as Director of Materials Management at Pardee UNC Health.
