John Pastor is President of Fairview Pharmacy Services, where he provides executive leadership for enterprise pharmacy services across Fairview Health Services. In this role, he sets strategic direction, drives operational performance, and advances pharmacy’s impact on clinical quality, access, and financial sustainability. John brings deep experience in system-level pharmacy operations and has a strong track record of leading large, complex teams through periods of change.

John is known for developing future leaders and for strengthening pharmacy’s role in improving patient outcomes. He has served in both elected and appointed leadership positions and has been recognized as a Fellow by both ASHP and MSHP.
