The demand for talent is at an all time high, requiring educational institutions to become focused on preparing both BA and MBA students to hit the ground running in their future roles. In this time of need, fostering talent and providing practical education is critical to these students’ early career success. Of importance is the development of a senior workforce with the competencies and capabilities to innovate and shape the world of practice.
