Brett Duarte is a clinical associate professor in the department of supply chain management, and the faculty co-director for the business analytics program. He joined the supply chain department at the W.P. Carey school of business in 2017. Prior to joining Arizona State University, Dr. Duarte worked as a master black belt at IBM for 12 years. He was responsible for driving process improvement and optimization using lean six sigma and business analytics. His research interests are in lean six sigma, quality management, simulation and optimization of supply chains.
