Her areas of responsibilities are: Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Clinical Performance Analytics, Supply Chain Technologies, Accounts Payable, Clinical Value Analysis and all hospital and clinic supply chain distribution and supply chain operations across the Scripps Health system. Before working at Scripps La Jolla, Cecile worked in Healthcare IT and within the top two Big 4 Consulting firms for over 10 years. Cecile holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems; She is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has a Master’s of Business Administration degree
