Ryan serves as the Vice President of Pharmacy Supply Chain for Ochsner Health, where he leads the strategic vision for medication procurement, contract negotiations, and vendor management. Since joining Ochsner in 2007, Ryan has been instrumental in building a resilient pharmacy supply chain structure that aligns with clinical care and supports the health system’s rapid growth.

Throughout his tenure, he has spearheaded major strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors, optimized purchasing strategies, and championed centralized purchasing models to ensure seamless access to critical medications. He is passionate about building high-performing teams that deliver multi-million-dollar savings while never compromising patient care.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Loyola University New Orleans and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.
