Cecile Hozouri is the Corporate Vice President for Supply Chain at Scripps Health, where she provides strategic leadership for Contracting, Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain Systems, Clinical Value Analysis, and all hospital and clinic Supply Chain Operations and Logistics across the health system. With a strong foundation in Healthcare IT and deep expertise in Lean methodologies, Cecile is focused on advancing operational excellence, supply resiliency, and data-driven decision-making. Prior to joining Scripps, she built extensive experience optimizing healthcare delivery systems by partnering closely with clinicians and operational leaders to improve workflows, standardize products and processes, and enhance the overall value of care delivery.
