Prior to joining Virtua, Michael worked with health systems across the country in a variety of consulting and leadership roles focused on technology transformation, process improvement, and strategic operations. Over the past three plus years, he has led several critical supply chain technology initiatives at Virtua, including major system implementations and enhancements that have improved efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the organization. Michael is focused on leveraging emerging technologies, automation, and analytics to solve complex business challenges and support high-quality patient care through innovative and efficient supply chain operations.
