Rebecca Holt, RN, MBA, is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 35 years of experience in clinical care and supply chain leadership. As the Vice President of Supply Chain at Ardent Health Services, she oversees a comprehensive portfolio, including operations, contracting, strategic sourcing, analytics, value analysis, purchased services, diagnostic services, and pharmacy services.

With a strong foundation in critical care nursing, Rebecca’s clinical expertise spans both pediatric and adult cardiovascular procedure recovery. Her career includes managing Cardiovascular (CV) Service Lines and leading Supply Chain Procurement and Value Analysis teams, where she has driven cost-effective, high-quality solutions that improve patient outcomes. She has also played a pivotal role in national Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) clinical portfolio support, ensuring strategic alignment between clinical priorities and supply chain efficiencies.

Rebecca holds a nursing degree from Bluefield State College and an MBA from King University. Her extensive experience in both frontline patient care and supply chain strategy uniquely positions her as a leader who understands the intersection of clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
