Dr. Cameron Klug, MD is the Vice President and Hospital Chief Medical Officer for the Willamette Region at Legacy Health (Portland, Oregon), overseeing two hospitals and an outpatient health center. He is a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Medicine, completed his residency at Denver Health Medical Center, and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Medicine. He has held both clinical and academic appointments at Oregon Health and Science University. He has served as an ED Medical Director at a community hospital, has experience serving on the board of a physician-owned corporation, and has been involved in clinical value analysis at Legacy Health since 2022. He has a strong background in clinical instruction, leadership and mentoring. Dr. Klug's administrative work extends to system-wide initiatives and quality improvement programs, with a commitment to excellence in patient care and medical education.
