Mr. Lubotsky is a broad based healthcare executive with over 40 years in leadership roles among integrated delivery systems including clinical services and ambulatory development, physician practices, and healthcare alliances.
Tom Lubotsky serves as the Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Allina Health in Minneapolis responsible for the overall leadership of Allina’s supply chain operations including sourcing, clinical resource management, procure to pay, logistics and operations, business performance and technology development. This position sets the strategic vision, core strategies, organizational framework, and operating plan for supply chain and its non-labor spend including managing key relationships among suppliers, distributors, clinicians, group purchasing, and associates. Most recently Allina Health was ranked #13 on Gartner’s top 25 healthcare industry’s ranking, rising from #30 four years ago.
Previously, Mr. Lubotsky served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Advocate Health Care in Chicago from 2009 – 2019 advancing its supply chain among the top 25 healthcare industry’s ranking as determined by Gartner Inc., the world's leading research and advisory company. Mr. Lubotsky’s experience also includes seven years in account management and operating roles at Premier, Inc., a leading healthcare group purchasing alliance whose core business purpose centers on accelerating clinical improvement and supply chain performance. Mr. Lubotsky served in various clinical and operating roles among leading healthcare systems during his initial 18 years in Minneapolis, Detroit, Cleveland and Chicago communities.
Mr. Lubotsky is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), a professional member of the Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM), served as past Chair of the Executive Committee of Vizient’s leading integrated delivery systems network (LISN), as a member of selected supplier advisory councils, Chair and board member of the Healthcare Industry Resiliency Collaborative (HIRC), and as an active member of the Strategic Marketplace Initiative (SMI), a professional forum of leading healthcare systems and suppliers working collaborative toward addressing supply chain related issues and challenges. Mr. Lubotsky was inducted in 2022 into the Bellwether League Foundation Hall of Fame for Healthcare Supply Chain Leadership .
