Jonathan Barton, Pharm.D., MBA is the Administrative Director of Pharmacy at CoxHealth in Springfield, MO. He has been leading the pharmacy department in this role since June 2023. Jonathan has been with CoxHealth since 2016, serving in various leadership positions since 2020, including overseeing pharmacy operations and IT/Automation. His dedication to improving pharmacy services and implementing innovative solutions has been instrumental in enhancing patient care. Jonathan earned his Pharm.D. from the University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis in May 2013 and his MBA from Missouri State University in December 2022. He is passionate about advancing the field of pharmacy through innovation and technology. Outside of his professional life, Jonathan enjoys exploring the latest advancements in pharmacy technology, mentoring young pharmacists, and spending quality time with his family.
