IDN Summit Attendee Guarantee & Cancellation Policy

The IDN Summit wants attendees to feel confident in the value of each IDN Summit. To maintain the highest level of integrity and commitment to the healthcare industry, the IDN Summit offers a generous guarantee to attendees.

We stand behind our promise of recruiting a high number of quality IDNs to exhibit at each IDN Summit. If on-site exhibitor numbers fall below 50, attendee passes will be refunded the percentages found in the table below, upon request, after the event.

Cancellations due to COVID-19
On March 15, 2020 the CDC released new guidelines for large events and mass gatherings. In accordance with these guidelines, the 2020 Spring IDN Summit & Reverse Expo will not be held April 27-29 in Orlando, FL. Attendees that registered for the 2020 Spring IDN Summit will have a variety of options to manage their registration in addition to a no-penalty cancellation option, if desired. General Cancellations 

No refunds will be allowed for general cancellations; however, attendee substitutions within the same organization will be accepted up to five (5) business days prior to the event. No substitutions will be honored after this deadline. By registering, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth above.
