Bryan McCormick is the Corporate Director of 340B for RWJBarnabas Health (RWJBH). He is responsible for 340B Program compliance and ensuring efficient operations for the health system’s six disproportionate share hospitals and one hemophilia treatment center. Trained as a certified pharmacy technician, with a MBA in Healthcare Administration, he has a unique background in pharmacy operations and compliance. Bryan served as a hospital pharmacy buyer, contract analyst for RWJBH’s owned group purchasing organization, and 340B analyst prior to transitioning into his current role. As the health system’s 340B lead, he has managed six successful HRSA audits, eight independent reviews, and maintains all external relationships with 340B vendors and contract pharmacies.
