Leading Huron’s Workday Healthcare Supply Chain strategy, Laura specializes in assisting academic medical centers, multisite health systems, and specialty hospitals with enterprise transformation initiatives that improve performance by focusing on people, process, technology, and data. Laura has led and supported extensive process improvement and technology implementation projects in the areas of Finance and Supply Chain, leveraging all leading enterprise technologies.
