Each participant will provide a brief glimpse of their experiences with leadership development as Lisa Risser organizes these comments to build upon throughout the morning. During this time, you’ll hear from your peers about what they want to discover during the Forum as well as discover areas in which they feel can be improved regarding leadership development within their organization. Leadership development can happen both internally and externally, with all sorts of potential obstacles preventing this development from happening. Hear from your peers regarding strategies for fostering leaders and methods of implementing these leaders into your organization without compromising any operational efficiency. Identify strong leadership with your organization. 4. It is critical to the success of your organization and you personally to develop partnerships that work best for you and allow for a mutual benefit for both parties involved. Join Lisa as she breaks down what effective partnerships look like and strategies for implementing these partnerships within your own organization. Learning Objectives 1. Assemble a list of the most critical characteristics in an effective partnership. 2. Compare your definition of a successful and beneficial partnership with your peers. 3.
