Salil Joshi is a Senior Director Analyst in Gartner's Supply Chain practice, providing research insights, advice and thought leadership to Healthcare Provider clients. His research coverage includes supply chain strategy, procure to pay process and technology, risk and resiliency preparedness, benchmarking, master data management, track and trace initiatives and regulation requirements for healthcare providers.
Mr. Joshi’s experience includes more than 19 years in healthcare provider supply chain that spans research, consulting, supply chain technology, and business development. He focuses most of his time advising healthcare providers on maturity model development, best practices for managing their supply chain data and systems, and performance metrics to measure supply chain success. Mr. Joshi holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University (India).
