With over 25 years of progressive healthcare supply chain and operations experience, Clinton can be best described as an energetic, driven, inspirational transformational leader. Throughout his career he has demonstrated a proven ability to effectively develop, establish and optimize highly efficient strategic Supply Chain and operational capabilities in the areas of distribution, contract management, procurement, strategic sourcing and spend management.

With educational achievement in Computer Science, Technical Management including an MBA in Project Management, Clinton has been privileged to experience a diverse career journey within the healthcare industry serving in a broad range of support services roles in Transportation Services to Materials Management as well as Information Systems. In a leadership capacity, Clinton has served as a Supply Chain and Operations leader in various operating structures including standalone hospitals, enterprise/IDN health systems, for-profit, as well as non-profit organizations across the country. Currently, Clinton serves as the System VP of Supply Chain Operations and Strategic Sourcing for Baylor Scott and White Health in Dallas, Texas. He has the responsibility for optimizing and integrating these organizational Supply Chain capabilities in addition to developing and implementing strategies and solutions across the health system to support organizational operational and financial objectives through supply chain value levers.
