She has over three decades of experience in healthcare organizations as a physician assistant with hospitalist and cardiology specialties, a heart & vascular service line leader with operational & programmatic oversight of cath, EP, non-invasive cardiology, cardiac rehab, Transcatheter Valve Program, CHF, HT, & VADs, a supply chain procurement executive, where she designed & launched value analysis, supply chain business intelligence, supply continuity, implementation & integration, and supplier value partnership programs and optimized strategic sourcing, purchasing, accounts payable, and MDM, and a VP/general manager of manufacturing where she was responsible for strategy, P&L, marketing, and sales of Surgical Products, Custom Procedure Trays, & Inventory Management System. Meena’s career focus is establishing a resilient, transformative, and integrated value chain that promotes high quality affordable healthcare. She is married and a mother of three boys, now officially an empty nester. She loves traveling, running, hiking, reading, and spending time with family & friends.
