Gina O’Grady serves as the Director of System Clinical Integration for Supply Chain at M Health Fairview in Minneapolis, MN. M Health Fairview is a collaboration among the University of Minnesota and Fairview Health Services. The healthcare system combines the best of academic and community medicine; expanding access to care by way of 10 hospitals, 2 ambulatory care centers and 60 clinics. Gina has been with Fairview for over 10 years and has worked in a variety of supply chain roles both inside and outside of healthcare for over 17 years. She currently provides leadership for the Supply Chain Portfolio Management Team and analytics. She partners closely with service line executives and providers to lead system value analysis, product and equipment standardization, supplier diversity, and achieving system supply chain savings goals.
