Mike joined Trinity Health in January 2018 as the Director of Distribution and Business Logistics. In 2019, Mike was promoted to Vice President, Supply Chain Operations. He leads a team of Supply Chain Service Area, Business Logistics and Operations/ERP Directors across the country servicing 101 hospitals, the Fort Wayne distribution center, continuous improvement teams as well as non-acute supply chain serving long term care and physician groups segments. Mike came to Trinity from Owens & Minor where he was a multisite General Manager serving large healthcare systems in Michigan, Northern Ohio, and Missouri as well as leading IDN service centers in Cleveland and Des Moines. His role at Trinity Health is to implement and optimize Trinity supply chain operations and logistics managing physician preference and medical supply categories at the lowest cost to serve. Additionally, service lines such as specialty pharmacy and pharmacy distribution are future complements to existing logistics capacity and future self-distribution expansion. Mike's early career included leadership positions in home medical equipment, long term care pharmacy, and acute distribution operations. Mike has a B.A. in Financial Administration from Michigan State University and enjoys golf and spending time with his wife Sheri and three grown children.
