Dr. Allen Broome brings over 25 years of distinguished experience in the pharmacy profession and healthcare administration. He currently serves as the Assistant Administrator of Clinical Operations at USA Health Children's and Women's Hospital, where he provides executive oversight for multiple departments, including pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, respiratory therapy, security, food services, patient transport, environmental services, and communications.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Broome held senior leadership positions as Health System Director of Pharmacy at the University of South Alabama Health and as Senior Director of Pharmacy at Erlanger Health System.
