With over 25 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, Tim has led large-scale initiatives that drive operational excellence, cost savings, and clinical integration.
He has deep expertise in self-distribution and played a key role in designing and operationalizing a comprehensive consolidated service center to centralize logistics, purchasing, and inventory management. Tim is widely recognized for building high-performing teams, advancing digital transformation, and aligning supply chain strategy with system priorities.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University, with a concentration in organizational leadership. A collaborative and forward-thinking leader, Tim is passionate about supply chain innovation, mentoring emerging leaders, and improving service delivery through data-driven, strategic decision-making.
