Steve Zdziebko is Strategic Sourcing Manager at Kaleida Health in Buffalo, NY. Steve has been with Kaleida Health for 18 years and has significant experience in Procurement/ Sourcing, Value Analysis and Supply Chain. He currently manages the Strategic Sourcing team of 10 employees and contracting across the system.

Prior to becoming Strategic Sourcing Manager, he led the Peri-operative Value Analysis Team for 13 years at Kaleida contributing to over $20 million in realized savings for the Peri-Operative Value Analysis Team. During his career, Steve has collaborated closely with key hospital leadership, physicians, GPO leadership and suppliers in order build meaningful relationships to drive cost savings and contract compliance. 

Steve received his undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Fredonia. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration. Steve presented at Premier Breakthrough 2024 “Implementing a New Product and Technology” as well as the IDN Summit in 2017, 2019 and 2023.
