Michelle Clouse joined Cleveland Clinic as Executive Director Excelerate Clinical Partnerships in July 2023. As a member of Cleveland Clinic’s supply chain team, Michelle is instrumental in leading Excelerate’s strategic expansion, growth, and program development efforts. 

With over 30 years of healthcare experience, Michelle began her career as a registered nurse. She transitioned to supply chain in 2001 as a Sales and Marketing Leader for Seneca Medical / Concordance. Her leadership transformed teams while working directly with providers, suppliers, GPOs, and industry organizations to create efficiencies through strategic partnerships, streamlined processes, and the development of impactful solutions. 

Michelle previously worked with Supply Chain Sherpas as an Executive Sales Leadership & Development Consultant, providing educational and advisory support to Suppliers and Distributors throughout the industry. Michelle volunteers on the HIDA Pricing Accuracy Steering committee and as a mentor and Vice Chair of Content for PWH Summit committee. She values education, mentorship, and promotion of others.
