Patricia Covington is the Executive Director and General Manager of Cummins ReCon, leading the global remanufacturing business with over 2,000 employees across facilities in the U.S., Brazil, Mexico, India, and Europe. With 28 years at Cummins, she has held leadership roles across Planning, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Support, and is widely recognized for her ability to solve complex problems and lead through crisis.

Her international experience includes spearheading major distribution initiatives in Southeast Asia, including the development of Cummins’ India Parts Distribution Center and optimizing operations in Singapore. She has led global teams delivering significant cost savings and previously guided North America Logistics and Global Transportation through the pandemic. Her leadership inspires cross-cultural teams to drive operational excellence.

A first-generation college graduate, Patricia holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Memphis, a master’s in human resources management from Webster University, and an Executive MBA in Global Supply Chain from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
