Lucas England is Regional Vice President of Operations Excellence for the Americas at DP World, where he leads strategy and transformation across logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations. With more than 20 years of experience, Lucas has built his career in 3PL fulfillment with extensive time in the technology sector. His current role leads the business support, engineering disciplines, and continuous improvement. His team has driven enterprise-wide improvements that deliver significant cost savings, automation, and service excellence.

Previously, Lucas served as Vice President of Operations for DP World, managing logistics networks across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. He also held senior leadership roles at Syncreon, DHL Supply Chain, CEVA Logistics, and Dell, where he advanced operational performance through continuous improvement and customer-focused innovation.

Lucas holds an Executive MBA in Global Supply Chain from the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business.
