Brent Johnson has been a successful and well recognized supply chain leaders in healthcare. He has over 30 years experience developing supply chain strategies for major companies in 3 industries.
From 2005 to 2015 Brent was Vice-President of Supply Chain at Intermountain Healthcare, creating an industry “Top 25 Garner” Supply Chain Organization that achieved over $700 million in savings over ten years. In 2012 Intermountain Healthcare opened a new $50M 325,000 sq. ft. Supply Chain Center considered on of the best in the industry.
In 2014 Brent was inducted into the Bellwether League. In August 2015 AHRMM named Brent the recipient of the 2015 George R Gossett Leadership Award. In 2022 he received the Chuck Lauer Award from the IDN Summit. He has served on several boards including the AHRMM Board from 2012-2015, SMI Board from 2011-1015 and the Amerinet/Intalere Board from 2011 to 2016.
Brent and his wife Leila celebrated 50 years of marriage in 2024. Since retirement they have spent 18 months in Oaxaca, Mexico as service missionaries for their church (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). They have four children and nineteen grandchildren.
