Kacey Wear is the Associate Vice President of Value Analysis at Jefferson Health, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in healthcare. With a clinical background spanning the Operating Room, Emergency Department, Pediatrics, and Critical Care, she combines frontline insight with strategic expertise.

Kacey has led numerous high-impact value analysis initiatives, including system-wide product conversions and cost-saving strategies at both Jefferson Health and St. Luke’s Health System. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Excelsior College and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University.

A Certified Emergency Nurse and Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional, Kacey is passionate about driving clinical and financial outcomes through collaborative, evidence-based decision-making.
